Resida Listing Autofill — Privacy Policy

Resida Listing Autofill — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 10/14/2026

Last Updated: 10/14/2026

This policy covers the Resida Listing Autofill browser extension for Google Chrome (the "Extension"), published by Cumulus Software, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Resida," "we," "us," or "our"). It explains what the Extension accesses, what it does with that information, and what it never does.

The Extension is part of the Resida service. Your Resida account and the listings in it are covered by the Resida Privacy Policy. This policy adds the details specific to the Extension.

1. What the Extension Does

The Extension helps a landlord post an active Resida rental listing to Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist. When you open one of those sites' create-listing forms and click Fill this page in the Extension's side panel, it fills the form's fields (for example rent, bedrooms, bathrooms and description) and attaches the listing's photos.

The Extension never submits or publishes anything. You review the form and press the site's own Post button yourself.

2. Information the Extension Accesses

2.1 Your Resida sign-in

You connect the Extension to your Resida account through Resida's own sign-in window (OAuth). The Extension never sees your password. It receives access and refresh tokens, which are stored only in the Extension's local Chrome storage on your computer and are used only to call the Resida API on your behalf.

2.2 Your listing information from Resida

The Extension loads your active Resida listings and, when you fill a form, that listing's details and photos. This is information you already entered in Resida: for example address, rent, fees, bedrooms and bathrooms, availability, pet policy, amenities, description and unit photos. Photos are Resida's processed copies, from which location metadata has been removed.

2.3 The listing form you choose to fill

When you click Fill this page, the Extension works with the listing form in that one tab: it finds the form's fields and enters your listing's details. It does not read or collect anything else on the page, and it does nothing on a page unless you click Fill.

2.4 The link to your published post

After you post, the Extension notes the address (URL) of your new Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist post and saves it to the listing in Resida, so Resida can show where the listing is advertised and remind you to take the post down when the listing is paused or closed. You can view, mark removed or delete these records in Resida.

2.5 Fill reports

After each fill, the Extension sends Resida a short fill report: which fields were filled, which could not be filled and why (for example "field not found"), how many photos were added, and the Extension and site-adapter versions. Fill reports never contain the values entered in the form. Resida uses them only to detect when Facebook or Craigslist changes its form so the Extension can be fixed. If Resida is unreachable, the report waits in the Extension's local storage and is retried.

3. What the Extension Never Does

  • It does not collect your browsing history or read pages other than the listing form you choose to fill.
  • It does not run on any website other than Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist and Resida.
  • It does not read your Facebook or Craigslist messages, contacts, account details or other posts.
  • It does not include analytics, advertising or tracking code, and it does not load code from the internet.
  • It does not sell, rent or share your information with third parties, and does not use it for advertising, creditworthiness or lending decisions.

The use of information received through the Extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Facebook and Craigslist

The listing details you choose to fill are entered into Facebook's or Craigslist's form, and they are published only when you press that site's Post button. Once posted, they are governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy. Resida does not send any information to Facebook or Craigslist on its own.

6. Your Choices

  • Disconnect at any time from the Extension's side panel, or in Resida under Connected Apps. Disconnecting revokes the Extension's access and deletes its stored tokens.
  • Uninstall the Extension from Chrome to remove everything it stored on your computer.
  • Your other privacy rights are described in the Resida Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy, for example if the Extension adds a supported site. We will change the "Last Updated" date above, and material changes will be described in the Extension's store listing.
